The following guarantee is being given solely by the person or persons who is/are identified as the "Breeder" of the litter from which the puppy comes. This guarantee is being given only to the original purchaser of the puppy (hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser") and for only so long as that Purchaser remains the exclusive owner of that dog.

Health: Breeder warrants the dog to be in good health and does not appear to be clinically ill from parasitic infestation as of the time of delivery. Further, for a period of 3 years from date of purchase, the Breeder warrants that the dog is free of canine hip dysplasia and that the eyes are free from inherited eye disorder.

Return: The dog being purchased may be returned to the Breeder for any reason within 72 hours of picking it up, provided the dog has not been injured or damaged in any way. If the dog is being returned for health reasons originating while it was in Breeder's possession, the Purchaser shall be entitled to a refund of the original purchase price. If the dog is returned for other than health reasons, refund is subject to the resale of the dog and will be less the non-refundable deposit.

Replacement or Refund: If in the opinion of two licensed veterinarians (one of whom is to be selected by Breeder) the dog suffers from one of the genetic conditions described above to a sufficient degree to seriously debilitate it, the Breeder will, at his or her option, will replace the dog with one of the equivalent quality with the same guarantee, or pay the veterinarians bill up to the purchase price of the dog or refund the original purchase price upon its return.

BREEDER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHER THAN THE ABOVE-SPECIFIED LIMITED WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES.   NEITHER ED GOULART (UNLESS HE IS IDENTIFIED AS THE BREEDER) NOR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY ASSOCIATED WITH THIS WEBSITE MAKES/GIVES ANY GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PUPPY BEING PURCHASED
