OUR BREEDING GOALS AND STANDARDS

We endeavor to breed superior Brittany and German Shorthaired Pointer (GSP) gundogs for hunting upland game.  Our puppies come from proven hunting dogs whose pedigrees contain many Hunt Test, Field Trial and/or Conformation champions.  We emphasize dogs that have excelled in AKC Hunt Tests because we believe this best identifies and demonstrates those traits that an upland bird dog should have. All of our puppies are bred from purebred Brittany or GSP parents which are AKC registered. We only breed dogs that are healthy, athletic, intelligent, trainable and which have all the talents necessary for a great hunting companion, such as having a keen nose, a strong desire to hunt, a superior ability to find and point game and natural retrieving tendencies. We also seek to breed dogs with temperaments that make them easy to train and socialize well, both with people and other dogs.
